i have been working for a drugstore company for a month now. i prefer not to name it for confidential and safety purposes although i know that those who will read this know that company. i am proud to be working for that company and i have nothing against them.

in my 1 month stay there i really had a hard time because this is my first job. . full of adjustments here and there because i am not used to working. i haven't experience the best and neither the worst in that company, at least so far, but the incident that happened feb 25 2009 gave me the motivation to blog this down and say to the world how i felt about it. . i am not involved in this incident because this was not covered by my term yet but i just feel for my Pharma Staff and should do the necessary actions.

in this kind of job, the mistake committed by ur PA (pharmacy assistant) will be the Pharmacist's fault, reflection and responsibility. every wrong or mistake done in the Pharmacy will be his'/her's.

an article was written in People's Tonight by (Ei Cee {initials}), i forgot the title, who happened to buy on that store which i work for. . to sum up the article it was just, and suppose to be a usual customer complain which she brought out to be as if it was a grave sin committed. she used vague and exaggerated words to narrate what happened, and the best part she clearly stated that branch of the drugstore, its location, and her experience.

POV:
oo nga, andon na ung customer complain, hindi sila (pharma staff) naghuhugas kamay at nagmamalinis na wala silang mali pero na naimbyerna sha kasi na punch na ung mga items nia tas ung gamot pala out of stock, so kelangan re punch kasi nakasama na sa sales order, na kesho ung PA pa daw eh nakikipagdaldalan pa sa isa pang PA habang inaassist sha. so iniwan na lang nia ung item kasi pinag antay lang daw sha ng 1 hour at saka umalis.

REACTION:
**oo, nagkamali sila kasi out of stock ang gamot, pero wala talagang delivery na dumadating, kaya pasensha po.

**ang sakin lang, subukan mo kayang mag PA, mag entertain at umatend sa customer habang nakikipag chikahan sa isa pang PA, napakagaling mo naman para gawin yon dba? at bakit mo gagawin yon, alam mo na nanjan lang sa paligid ung manager ng store na sisitahin ka pag ginawa mo yon. i am working with my Pharma staff and i observe them while on the selling area, and there was not a time that i saw them chit chatting with each other while attending to the customer. im saying this not because im on their side and protecting them, it is just how i see in them.

**ang sakin lang, bakit ka magsusulat ng article dated feb 25, 2009 tungkol sa naging experience mo habang namimili sa isang store na sa katotohanang buhay ay nangyari halos isang buwan na yata ang nakakalipas? sa article na nakasulat, walang date kung kelan nangyari at walang taong binanggit kung sino man ang responsable dito. . kung ikaw ay customer, at nag reklamo ka, ano ang usual na gagawin mo? diba itatanong mo ang pangalan ng inirereklamo mo saka mo hahanapin ang manager diba?
pero walang ganong nangyari at puro reklamo lang ang sinabi.

**ang sakin lamang, OA ka, isang oras kang pinag antay? o baka naman isang oras ka namimili pero imposibleng isang oras kang nag-antay at kinakausap ng PA. exaggerated talaga

**ang sakin lamang, oo journalist ka sige ipaglaban mo ang freedom of expression, everyone is entitled with their own opinion, pero bakit parang inaabuso naman yata? customer complain, hindi yan mawawala pero pwede naman i-settle na lang sa store diba? meron pang mas grave na complain tulad ng wrong dispensing at nakasakit sa tao kesa dito o di kaya katulad ng complain mo na aayos din, pero bakit ito?, kelangan pang i-broadcast sa buong Pilipinas? napaka unfair sa ibang branch kasi hindi naman sila dapat madadamay pero nadamay na ang buong kumpanya. .

**ang sakin lang, magiging credible writer ka pa kaya after ng inilathala mo dahil sa SARILI mong KOMENTO na tila naging PAHAYAG na may IBANG MOTIBO?
